    Job Title: Director of Sales

    Reports to: Head of Sales

    Here’s a chance to play a pivotal role in of one of the most iconic projects in the region!
    The Heart of Europe is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales leaders who have a track record of success in the real estate industry in Dubai.
    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of 10 to 15 property consultants, senior property consultants and sales manager.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Set KPIs for the team, in conjunction with the Sales Head and ensure the achievement of the same.
    • Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships.
    • Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements.
    • Guiding the team on effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.
    • Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
    • Assist the team to finalise the terms of agreement and closing sales.
    • Ensure that the team maximises all sales opportunities.
    • Conduct induction and sales training for all new team members. Also, take charge of any refresher training that needs to be conducted.
    • Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis.
    • Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions.
    • Work closely with recruitment to expand the team and coordinate with client management, finance and HR as required
    • Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
