Role: Senior Property Consultant (Dubai)
Industry:
Real estate developer, wealth management, insurance sales, time share.
Experience level: Between 4 to 8 years. Arab speakers and Hindi/Urdu speakers would be preferred.
Salary level:
Fixed salary – AED 7000 to 12000 per month. Commission 1% on direct sales, 0.5% on indirect sales + quarterly bonus.
Benefits:
Employment visa, 1 month shared hotel accommodation, 1 air ticket for travel to Dubai + medical insurance for self.
Responsibilities

Source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships

Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects in line with their requirements

Source and develop own leads and opportunities

Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales

Making appointments and touring clients to the ‘World Islands’

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale

Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibition and promotional activities of properties.

Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales

Help to identify new markets and business opportunities

Follow up on all clients to maximise sales opportunities

Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability

Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions

Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.

Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis.
