Role: Senior Property Consultant (Dubai)

Industry:

Real estate developer, wealth management, insurance sales, time share.

Experience level: Between 4 to 8 years. Arab speakers and Hindi/Urdu speakers would be preferred.

Salary level:

Fixed salary – AED 7000 to 12000 per month. Commission 1% on direct sales, 0.5% on indirect sales + quarterly bonus.

Benefits:

Responsibilities

• Source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
• Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects in line with their requirements
• Source and develop own leads and opportunities
• Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
• Making appointments and touring clients to the ‘World Islands’
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
• Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibition and promotional activities of properties.
• Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales
• Help to identify new markets and business opportunities
• Follow up on all clients to maximise sales opportunities 
• Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
• Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
• Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis.
