Our client are a prestigious brand looking to grow throughout the region. This is an exciting role that will manage and lead the Learning and Development function. This role has been created to establish a training function. You will have ownership of what the training curriculum looks like and work closely with business managers to assess what training needs to be done.
You will report to the Group HR Director on critical and strategic issues but will have autonomy over the Learning & Development function.
Requirements:
The ideal Candidate must come with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience out of which at least 3 years should be in a Training and Development role in the GCC market. You will need to have hands on experience from starting up an L&D department to the complexity of conducting performance appraisal systems and 360 Degree appraisals. Real Estate experience as well as a relevant HR qualification (ASTD or CIPD) is a must.
