Abdul Hameed Mirza founded Job N Job in 1977 on a single principle: pair the right person with the right role, and everything else takes care of itself. Two generations on, the principle still holds.
The firm built its early reputation across the Middle East in the 1980s and 1990s, deploying skilled engineering, oil and gas and construction talent at scale for the Kingdom’s national oil company, the region’s largest construction conglomerate and Kuwait’s energy sector. Akbar Mirza joined the family business in 2004 and became Group CEO after his father’s passing in 2007. The firm remains family-owned, now operating across the UK, USA, Canada, UAE and KSA as part of AHM Corp, the family group named in the founder’s honour.
Nearly five decades on, the principle has not changed.
