7. Data protection and privacy

Where relevant to a role, client requirement or regulated activity, Job N Job supports appropriate screening and compliance checks.

We only carry out checks that are relevant, lawful and proportionate to the role, assignment or client requirement.

15. International delivery

Job N Job works internationally and supports clients and candidates across multiple markets, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Where international recruitment, mobility or cross border delivery is involved, we consider relevant compliance requirements, candidate consent, data protection, right to work, immigration, assignment and client onboarding requirements.
