    The senior consultant takes the brief, runs the market mapping, signs off the shortlist and stays on the engagement. They are the decision-maker on every shortlist, not a coordinator passing CVs through.

    Every engagement names the consultant on day one. Their name appears on the brief, the shortlist, the offer letter support and the post-start review note. Clients always know who owns the work.

  • Compliance And Delivery Oversight

    Hiren Gohel signs off every shortlist alongside the named consultant. Richard Beacham oversees the firm's compliance posture across ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2023, Cyber Essentials, UK GDPR and the REC Code. Kaizer Mirza runs finance and contractual integrity across the group.
