    A twenty-minute discovery call confirms the role, the seniority, the market, the constraints and the success criteria. We agree what good looks like before we go to market.

    Sector, competitor and geographic mapping before the search begins. Salary benchmark, notice-period reality, right-to-work posture and the size of the actual candidate pool, written up before the first approach.

    Curated Shortlist

    A short, signed-off shortlist. Each candidate carries sector context, salary benchmark, notice period and right-to-work status, not a CV in isolation. Decisions about who to put forward are taken by our consultants, not by software.

    Close And Aftercare

    Offer management, reference handling, counter-offer support and post-start aftercare. The same senior consultant stays on the engagement through to first review.
