- Payroll, contractor, finance and tax records may be kept for the period required by law.
- Compliance, right to work, screening and assignment records may be kept where necessary to evidence compliance, defend legal claims or meet client and regulatory obligations.
We review retention where appropriate and securely delete, anonymise or archive personal data when it is no longer needed.
